PROJECT DESCRIPTION
During our review of the provided brand guidelines, we identified that the textile patterns selected as a key visual element were unlicensed stock imagery, which presented both legal limitations and a lack of brand ownership. Rather than abandoning the direction entirely, we used the original patterns as inspiration and developed three fully custom textile designs unique to Coffee By Design. These patterns were created to live on the side gussets of the bags, with flexibility to expand across additional brand applications. The final packaging system is bright, colorful, and expressive, with a strong emphasis on the brand’s woman owned identity, farmer relationships, and organic positioning, resulting in a distinctive and scalable solution across all bag sizes.
